We provide estimating, quantity surveying and project management services to the whole of Mozi Builders business. Projects range in value up to £1.5 million, mainly consisting of residential properties in NW London.

CONCIERGE LONDON

Over the years, we have provided commercial and project management services to Concierge for projects ranging from swimming pools and office slabs to new build and barn conversions.

Demolition of an existing property (see image) and construction of a new contemporary private dwelling, value £2.6 million.

Through a competitive tendering process, we secured this project for our client, Mozi Builders Ltd with the submission of a commercial and technical tender. Additionally, we have been entrusted to provide full on-site & off-site project management services on behalf of the building contractor throughout the lifecycle of the works.
