Each Ivy and Ivy Asia restaurant project presented a unique and highly technical challenge, combining complex structural alterations with exceptionally high specification finishes and innovative design concepts whilst working to demanding timelines. The projects required extensive sourcing of bespoke materials and specialist finishes from overseas suppliers.

Creedy Limited provided full commercial support across the Ivy and Ivy Asia projects, delivering a comprehensive range of services from tendering and value engineering through to procurement and project quantity surveying. Working closely with the main contractor, we managed the commercial aspects of these highly technical and design-driven schemes, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency throughout. Our role included ongoing cost reporting, financial management, and agreement of the final accounts, all while supporting the successful delivery of complex, high-spec projects within demanding programmes and client expectations.
