BULLSLAND FARMHOUSE, CHORLEYWOOD

This project involved the comprehensive renovation and restoration of a Listed farmhouse, undertaken with full sensitivity to its historic character and architectural significance. The works included essential structural repairs and a complete re-roof to ensure long-term stability and weatherproofing. Specialist damp and timber treatments were carried out throughout, alongside extensive internal and external timber repairs to preserve the building’s original fabric. Existing timber windows were carefully restored and reglazed, maintaining their traditional appearance while improving performance. Internally, the property underwent a full refurbishment, upgrading finishes and services in line with conservation standards. The project also included external landscaping works to enhance the farmhouse’s setting and integrate the restored building within its surrounding environment.
