The new build features screw pile foundations, external walls finished in a combination of brickwork, glazing, timber cladding, and leadwork, with slate and GRP roof coverings. The property includes triple-glazed windows, bespoke roof glazing, and a full internal fit-out incorporating mechanical and electrical installations, complemented by bespoke finishes and one-off design elements throughout. Extensive external works and landscaping, including water feature.
