This project encompassed a comprehensive transformation, including a full strip-out and partial demolition, followed by extensive structural works to the roof and the installation of new roof coverings. The scope also included the fabrication and installation of structural steelwork, ground floor extension, and a full high-specification fit-out, incorporating all mechanical and electrical services to deliver a fully modernised and functional space.
